AGREEMENT

Bookkeeping & Payroll Services, Inc. is an associate of Accountant World. Bookkeeping & Payroll Services will be managing your payroll account. Please contact Bookkeeping & Payroll Services, Inc. and NOT Accountant World for any questions regarding your payroll account, payroll process, input of data, setup of electronic services, or any other service issues at 407-729-7903.

I further understand that upon agreement I will be directed to Bookkeeping & Payroll Services payroll website for the processing my payroll. Once payroll has been approved and finalized I understand and agree that I may be charged extra if changes are needed. Also charges will apply to changes once the quarter has ended and tax reports have been completed.

I will assure that funds are readily available for direct deposit payments as well as for payroll tax electronic payments.

I understand that if funds are not available there will be penalties for each day funds are not available, plus any penalty and interest to the taxing agencies as required.
